What: FREE One (1) Shot of Parvo Vaccine

When: January 22 to 24, 2025 (WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY & FRIDAY)

Where: Our clinic - Noah's Ark Pet Wellness Center

Who: Caloocan City Residents with Puppies aged 8 weeks to 1 year old. Recommended for those with no vaccines yet.

Requirements and Guidelines:

1. For Residents of Caloocan City only. You will be asked to upload any proof of residence or ID in the form below.

2. Maximum of FOUR (4) puppies per household

3. Puppies should be 8 weeks old to 1 year of age. Recommended if it is their first time to be vaccinated.

4. The vaccine that will be given is a single shot of PARVO Virus Vaccine. Please note that this is not the usual 5in1 or 6in1 or 8in1 vaccine, and this Puppy Caravan is meant for indigent households who could not normally avail of the regular vaccines due to financial constraints.

5. The puppy should be healthy and not sick to avail the vaccine.

6. To join the event, registration is required by filling up the form below.

7. Stocks are limited only, and we will keep the registration open as long as still available.
